A fractional CPO is a senior product executive who works with your company part-time — typically 2–3 days per week. You get the strategic leadership and experience of a Chief Product Officer without the cost and commitment of a full-time executive hire.
It depends on the scope. Strategy sprints run 4–8 weeks. Fractional CPO engagements typically start at 3 months and often extend to 6–12 months. Studio projects range from 6–12 weeks. We’ll scope the right fit during our initial conversation.

Pricing depends on the engagement type and scope. Fractional CPO work is typically a monthly retainer. Strategy and studio projects are scoped and priced as fixed-fee engagements. We’ll provide a clear proposal after our initial discovery conversation.
